Tim Tessier, Founder

After graduating from the four year Computer Engineering course at Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology, Tim immediately obtained the role of Lead Software Engineer at Prodyne Technologies, Inc. leading the development team in various unique projects. Tim eventually moved on to becoming the Lead Software Engineer at Niagara Research and Development where he spearheaded various R&D projects including an interactive Bridge simulation project for the Ministry Transportation of Ontario. He later became the Server Administrator for a Start-Up company in Minnesota called PERFECT fit Health. Tim was later sought out to become the SEO authority for a leading online Directory and marketing company based out of Toronto, Target Directories Corp.

Tim has since founded Swhistle Soft providing Internet technology solutions for small to large size businesses.

Mike Frank, Director of Software Development

Another graduate from the Computer Engineering course at Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology, Mike has had several lead management positions with various technology based companies. Mike continues to hold the Director of Software Development title at PERFECT fit Health, LLC. tasked with managing and developing the revolutionary services offered by the company.

Currently, the Director of Software Development for Swhistle Soft, Mike manages most projects from concept to completion. A pivotal step in successfully completing projects is the planning, which is where Mike excels.
